AB-210T00 Accelerate Sales Pipelines with AI in Dynamics 365
AB-210T00 is Microsoft's official three-day course for functional consultants and sales administrators who want to bring AI into Dynamics 365 Sales, delivered by Feridun Kadir, an MVP and MCT with two decades of experience in the Dynamics ecosystem.
The course prepares you for the AB-210 certification exam, the current path for Dynamics 365 Sales professionals, and replaces the previous course MB-280T02, which itself succeeded the earlier MB-210 track.
Across three days, you configure and manage Dynamics 365 Sales in an AI-driven environment, working through the entire sales lifecycle, from setting up the core application and generating leads with predictive scoring to closing deals with AI agents and forecasting revenue through built-in dashboards.
The course also covers extending Dynamics 365 Sales with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps and Copilot Studio.
