your personal data when you visit learning.companial.com (the "Platform").
When we refer to "Companial" in this policy, we mean the global group of Companial companies
acting as Data Controllers.

- Any other information you choose to provide when contacting us

- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation behaviour
- Referral source (how you arrived at our site)
We do not intentionally collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiries and contact form submissions
- To process registrations for webinars, training sessions and learning programmes
- To send confirmation and informational emails related to your training

following trusted service providers:
- Google LLC — we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to collect anonymised usage data. Google may process data on servers outside the EEA. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for further details.
- Microsoft — email delivery via Microsoft Graph API for transactional emails.
- TalentLMS — our learning management system used to deliver Booster training programmes. Data shared is limited to what is necessary to enrol and manage your access.
- Mollie — payment processing for training purchases, handled via our checkout platform. Please refer to Mollie's Privacy Policy for further details.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — we use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on our contact and subscription forms. No persistent cookies are placed. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Professional advisors — such as legal, tax or audit advisors where necessary.
- Public authorities — where required by law.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards
are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Contact form submissions: up to 2 years from the date of submission
- Training registration data: for the duration of the training relationship and as required by law thereafter
- Analytics data: as governed by Google Analytics retention settings (default 14 months)
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Under applicable data protection law (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
