By accessing or using learning.companial.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Companial reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The most current version
will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly.
1. About the Platform
Companial Learning is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 training platform operated by Companial,
providing
learning programmes including Learning Journeys, Boosters, Webinars and Expert Sessions to
Microsoft partners and their representatives across Europe.
2. Who Can Use This Platform
The Platform is intended for use by Microsoft partners and their authorised
representatives. By using this Platform, you confirm that you are accessing it in a
professional capacity on behalf of a business.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of
Use.
You must not:
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
- Reproduce, redistribute or resell any content from the Platform without our prior written consent
- Use the Platform to transmit unsolicited communications or malicious software
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover the source code of any part of the Platform
4. Training Registrations and Purchases
Purchases and registrations for training programmes are handled via our checkout platform at
checkout.learning.companial.com, operated by Companial. By completing a
purchase,
you agree to the pricing and conditions presented at checkout.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge
with supporting documentation at
privacy@companial.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos and
recordings — is owned by or licensed to Companial and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish or distribute any content from the Platform without
Companial's prior written consent, except for your own internal business use.
Companial and all related names and logos are trademarks owned by Companial. You may not use
these trademarks without Companial's prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, TalentLMS, Mollie and Cloudflare. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Companial is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
7. Disclaimer
The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any
kind.
Companial does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free
from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
Temporary non-availability may occur, including for maintenance or system updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Companial's liability arising out of or in
connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to direct damages only. Companial
shall
not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including loss of data or
loss of profit.
9. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and
Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms of Use
by reference.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection
with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts
of Belgium.
