Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales AI Consultant Associate
The Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales AI Consultant Associate certification proves you can design, configure, and operationalize AI-powered sales solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales, Microsoft Copilot, and sales agents across the full lead-to-cash process. This certification is currently in beta.
As a certified Sales AI Consultant, you understand how to translate business requirements into seller workflows built around AI, including conversational intelligence, predictive insights, guided automation, and secure data access. You are able to configure Dynamics 365 Sales core features, deploy and manage AI-powered sales agents, qualify leads with predictive scoring, build and maintain a product catalog, and extend the platform using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
The exam is proctored and takes 120 minutes to complete, with a passing score of 700 out of 1000.
