Following multiple Learning Journeys simultaneously means using multiple seats on your subscription, and trying to follow several courses across different journeys at the same time is more likely to slow you down than speed you up.

The better approach is to focus on one journey, work through the content relevant to you right now, and switch to another journey when your goals or projects require it.

That depends entirely on who you are and what you want to achieve. A new hire with little prior product knowledge who wants to become operational quickly will benefit from investing around 20 hours or more per week in the early stages. Booster Programs are self-paced learning modules that help you build a strong new skill set through theory, exercises, quizzes, and practical scenarios. Ideal for onboarding or developing new capabilities at your own pace.

Live Online Training sessions are interactive group webinars led by Microsoft Certified Trainers and MVPs, focused on specific topics with direct instructor interaction. Sessions run 1 to 3 days and recordings are always included.

Expert Sessions are short, focused deep-dives into highly specific topics, delivered by MVPs — designed for fast skill boosts and quick insights.

Support Sessions are live Q&A webinars where you can ask questions, discuss real cases, and learn from peers with guidance from Microsoft experts.

No problem — it happens. We do appreciate a quick heads-up when you can't make it, whether that's by unsubscribing, dropping us an email, or declining the meeting invite.

You have two easy options: register for the next session of the same training, or watch the recording at a time that works for you. Every live session is recorded, so you never miss out on the content.

Once your Learning Journey subscription is set up, you'll receive an email with your login credentials and the URL for your portal — either the Learning Journey manager portal or the participant portal, depending on your role. From there, everything is straightforward. No technical setup required — just log in and start learning.

Yes — the Learning Journey Manager platform is included at no extra cost. Manager accounts don't consume a seat, and you can have multiple managers per organization without affecting the seats available for your learners.

No — and that's one of the biggest relief factors for managers. Everything is organized for you. The calendar of live sessions, the self-paced programs, the expert sessions — it's all there and ready to go.

All you need to do is activate your people in the subscription, which takes just a few clicks. No logistics, no coordination, no hassle.

The Learning Journey Manager platform gives you solid input for coaching conversations. You can access each individual participant's portal to see which sessions and programs they've completed. When you need a broader overview, you can download a progress report in Excel format covering all participants — how much they're learning, where they are in their journey, how much time they're spending, and which credentials they've earned.

Absolutely. There's no fixed start date or cohort to wait for. New team members can be activated in the platform the moment they join — whether that's on day one or months after the subscription started. Everyone begins their Learning Journey when it makes sense for them.

That depends on your plan. With an organizational plan — any plan covering more than one person — you simply deactivate the departing team member in the manager portal. Their seat is freed up immediately and can be reassigned to someone else.

With a personal plan, it works differently. Personal plans are linked to a named individual and cannot be transferred to another person.

The best way to get a new hire up to speed is simple: activate them on the right Learning Journey as soon as they start, and decide together which programs make the most sense for them.

How long it takes depends on which product they're working with, which processes they need to master, and what they already know. The proficiency levels — Proficient, Progress, and Specialize — help you identify the right starting point and build a focused learning path from there.

From a financial perspective, Learning Journeys make sense from as few as three people. A small team still needs to onboard new hires, prepare for certifications, and keep up with a rapidly evolving Microsoft ecosystem. Doing that course by course quickly becomes more expensive than a subscription.

From a learning perspective, small doesn't mean simple. Even a three-person team needs to navigate Business Central, Power Platform, AI, certifications, and constant product updates. If anything, small teams often have the most to gain — because every person counts.

Both options are available. You can choose to be billed monthly or annually — whatever works best for your organization.

You can cancel your subscription within 30 days of the start date, free of charge. After that period, the subscription runs for the full term and will be invoiced accordingly.

If you want to stop before the next renewal, make sure to cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. If you miss that window, an additional 90-day subscription period will apply.

When cancellation is complete, access to the platform is lost immediately. For monthly subscribers, keep in mind that prices can be adjusted during the contract period. With an annual subscription, your price is fixed for the full year.
