The Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate certification proves you can configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 Sales to build business solutions that support, automate, and accelerate your company's sales process.

 

As a certified Customer Experience Analyst, you understand the full sales lifecycle from the seller's perspective, including how AI and Copilot features boost seller efficiency. You are able to implement and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, configure the security model, extend functionality using Microsoft Power Platform, and leverage Dynamics 365 Customer Insights — both for personalized customer journeys and unified customer data profiles.

 

Prerequisites
Candidates are expected to have hands-on experience with model-driven apps in Microsoft Power Apps, a solid understanding of Dataverse (tables, columns, relationships, and security model), and familiarity with accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and Power Automate cloud flows.
