You are able to implement and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, configure the security model, extend functionality using Microsoft Power Platform, and leverage Dynamics 365 Customer Insights — both for personalized customer journeys and unified customer data profiles.
Prerequisites
Candidates are expected to have hands-on experience with model-driven apps in Microsoft Power Apps, a solid understanding of Dataverse (tables, columns, relationships, and security model), and familiarity with accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and Power Automate cloud flows.
