Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data in a Day
Your customer data sits in several systems that don't agree with each other. Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data in a Day shows how Microsoft's customer data platform turns that data into one unified customer profile the whole business can act on.
In one day you see the full route demonstrated live in a working system. You learn how data is connected and ingested from Dataverse, data lakes and files, how match rules unify customer records, and how relationships, activities and measures make a profile useful. You then see how segments are built and analyzed, how data enrichment and AI predictions such as churn add intelligence, and how the result is exported to Customer Insights – Journeys, Dynamics 365 Sales and other systems.
You leave with a realistic picture of what a Customer Insights – Data implementation takes in your own organization, and where it tends to get hard.
The course is delivered by Malin Martnes, Microsoft MVP, and pairs with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys in a Day as a two-day sequence.
Customer Insights is no longer part of a Microsoft certification exam, so this course focuses on the product itself rather than exam preparation.
