As a certified Field Service consultant, you configure and manage the full scope of the Field Service application, including resource scheduling and optimization, work orders and incident types, service agreements, customer asset management, and the Field Service mobile app. You also understand how to integrate Field Service with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Remote Assist, Dynamics 365 Guides, and Microsoft 365 Copilot in Field Service.
Your skills are assessed across six key areas: configuring field service applications (20–25%), managing work orders and customer assets (25–30%), scheduling and dispatching work orders (15–20%), managing the Field Service mobile app (5–10%), managing inventory and purchasing (5–10%), and implementing Microsoft Power Platform (5–10%).
Prerequisites
