Core Functional Foundation - Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM
Before you can configure, customise or support a Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management environment with confidence, you need a solid grasp of how the platform actually works. This four-day course builds that foundation, covering the core functional and technical concepts that every consultant, administrator and power user needs to operate effectively across Finance and Operations apps.
Delivered by Krishnendu Roy, MCT, this course moves through the platform systematically, from basic navigation and UI elements through to data management, integrations, reporting and testing. You will get hands-on with the features that come up repeatedly in real implementations, including workflow, security configuration, the Global Address Book, document management and batch processing, alongside more technical topics such as data migration, dual-write, virtual entities and REST API batch integration. Independent labs throughout the four days give you the chance to apply what you learn in practical, realistic scenarios.
The course also covers Application Lifecycle Management using LCS and DevOps, Power Platform integration, and the full range of reporting capabilities available in the platform, from Excel and Power BI through to Electronic Reporting and Financial Reporting.
Four days from now, you will have the functional and technical grounding to work on Dynamics 365 FSCM implementations with clarity and confidence.
