Copilot Studio for Business Central Training
This full-day, hands-on Copilot Studio for Business Central training takes you from your first working AI agent to autonomous, multi-step workflows grounded in real Business Central data.
You work with the Business Central MCP Server, perform CRUD operations against live Business Central data, and build agents capable of handling complex business processes end to end.
The training is led by AJ Ansari, Microsoft MVP for both Copilot Studio and Business Central, with two decades of experience in the Dynamics ecosystem, supported throughout by his team of instructors.
The day builds progressively. You start with your first agent, then ground it in live Business Central data using RAG patterns, before moving into multi-step orchestration where the agent reasons over tasks rather than following a fixed script. A dedicated block covers autonomous agent workflows with human-in-the-loop oversight, applied to a realistic support-desk scenario. By the end of the day you deploy your agent across Microsoft Teams, M365 Copilot, and Business Central page parts, ready for production use
