Microsoft retired the PL-7003: Create and manage model-driven apps with Power Apps and Dataverse Applied Skills assessment on June 30, 2026. Microsoft's official course retirement records confirm there is no replacement course for PL-7003.

Applied Skills, by design, are never delivered through instructor-led training from Microsoft, they consist of self-paced learning modules plus an online, lab-based assessment. Even where a future Applied Skills credential is announced, it does not come with a Microsoft-delivered course.
