As a certified consultant, you work alongside solution architects and developers to implement and automate service management processes. Your expertise covers the full spectrum of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including case management, knowledge management, service-level agreements (SLAs), queues, routing, and customer feedback via Customer Voice. You also have a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Copilot in Service and collaboration features using Microsoft Teams.
Your skills are assessed across three key areas: managing cases in Customer Service (51–55%), configuring the representative experience and routing (25–30%), and extending Customer Service functionality (15–20%).
Prerequisites
Candidates are expected to have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and a solid understanding of the broader Dynamics 365 suite and solution architecture. Prior experience with Dataverse, model-driven apps, and Power Automate is beneficial.
